She will also arrange to provide MSDS, CPDS and TDS information. Lynn has many years of office experience in customer service and planning functions in various industries and looks forward to receiving your calls.		Tim Klinefelter Technical Sales and Service Phone: 231-578-1197 Tim has been in the wood finishing industry for over 25 years, starting as a finisher and proceeding to finish management. He also worked as a Technical Director for a wood coatings distributor, as Technical Service Technician for the wood coatings industry and as a Bench Formulator and recently as National Training Coordinator. Tim is well rounded in all aspects of production and coatings, whether traditional or cutting edge.

Bob Niemeyer Technical Consultant/Advisor Phone: 608-347-2726 Bob has over 23 years of wood finishing experience and comes from a family of finishers dating back to 1910. As Vice President and lead finisher of the family business, he was responsible for the high end finishing that included both urethanes and polyesters, estimating and touch up work. Brian Walsh Mechanics Building Materials Coatings Division Manager Phone: 516-205-9015 Brian has 12 years hands-on, coatings and finishing experience, the past 8 years as coatings manager for MBM. His responsibilities include, product sales development in the greater New York metro market, and technical sales and training, including in-house and on site finishing seminars for local MBM customers. In addition he serves as a consultant finishing specialist for all ICA clients.

Mark Levesley President Phone: 519-768-0732 Fax: 519-768-0733 Mark started the export department for ICA in 1989, taking ICA products worldwide, establishing sales networks and providing technical training for distributors and OEM users. In 1997 he opened a subsidiary for ICA in North America, and in 2000 purchased the company which oversees all North American operations.

ICA North America works very closely with ICA SpA in Italy - keeping abreast of the new technologies constantly being provided by this dynamic, cutting edge company.
